Who we are

In order to achieve a circular economy for plastics, research efforts have to target the gaps that remain towards commercialization of this technology, efficiently. Chemical recycling has already attracted interest and several research programs have been initiated in The Netherlands. For example by TNOISPTDPIBrightsite and VNO-NCW (Versnellingshuis). The National Platform Chemical Recycling, initiated by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, aims to provide an overview over those activities in The Netherlands and beyond its borders across all technology readiness levels (TRL).
